Born in Japan and raised in Hong Kong with Filipino heritage, I have been privileged to embrace diverse cultures. My journey includes representing both my home country and heritage in rugby, offering a unique perspective on sports and fitness. Alongside experiencing non-surgical sports injuries and navigating the challenges of parenthood and career, I've come to understand that true wellness and longevity begin with investing in oneself.

I believe in building a strong, flexible, and resilient body through a balance of strength training, mobility work, and cardiovascular fitness. When all three areas are developed together, your body becomes capable, confident, and ready for whatever life throws at you—whether it's a spontaneous sprint to catch a train, a friendly game of high-intensity futsal, or simply keeping up with an active lifestyle.
